Central Maryland | See here for Dobeck's EFI instructions. It's the same Electronic fuel controller (I have one) and it uses the same sequences to adjust all of the zones:

They have a "TUNING INTERACTIVE DEMO" which you can actually do the adjustments; in the above link. Very cool.
