We're gonna be so lonely - no one else seems to be chirping on this..... I've been looking at Utah Rte 24 and Rte 12 on google-earth - WOW !

That is some phenominal riding. Just west of Boulder Ut. on the 12 look for a road called the Burr Trail. It takes you into a red sandstone slot canyon with little to no traffic. It ends in a dirt road so its best to turn around and ride back out but well worth the trip. Wish I could make it. The 24 and the 12 are propbably my favorite rides. And you gotta see Bryce Canyon.

Thanks Mike.
In the limited time we have, I think I want to 'SEE' Bryce and 'VISIT' Grand. Co-Pilot wants to do it the 'other' way. Any recommendations?

Well this is just my opinion...The north rim of the Grand is a little snooty for me. Book reading socks and sandles type. But Bryce....To me is the ultimate place...everybody has seen pictures, but being there is undescribable. So I would spend my time at Bryce, and look at pictures of Grand...lol

Bryce is gorgeous; worth seeing any way you can swing it. Zions is also something else; just beautiful. Then there's my personal favorite-Arches; one of the coolest places on the planet.......

Don, I looked for you on Saturday but it seemed you headed out at some point. Nice to meet you 2. Saturday was a fantastic day and Sunday was... well, amazingly bad. luckily I had trailered. I felt for those riding in 44 degree driving rain.
