Two test rides yesterday in Myrtle Beach on a Ultra and the Road Glide Ultra which I road first. Both had the 103 engine and the power on the low end was pretty good but at 55 and punching it in 5th gear it was lacking. No room for my legs and feet to stretch out and the wind management was decent but of course not as good as the Vision. The ultra classic was a bit better as far as wind but overall both bikes rode like they had about 95 lbs of air in the tires. One stretch of road had a lot of patchwork on it so it was a good test for checking the smoothness of the bikes. Ten minutes after leaving the dealer I was back on that same road and the Vision proved it has the superior ride. The tranny worked very well and was quiet with their radio and sound system a lot nicer than the Vision. Good feeling to own a bike that is better than the best two models HD has for less money.

It is fun to ride others bikes....I have learned a lot in the process. Mostly I learned that I made the best choice I could when I bought my Vision!

I like riding other bikes, it's good to compare. Harley's are a dime a dozen, they're everywhere! They don't excite me at all. I think I'm a Victory man for life now though. I think I'm as bad as some of the HD guys. LOVE my Vics!

Thought for the day. When HD riders make comments to me about my Vision, all I have to say back to them is one comment, and it shuts them up. " Well compare how many HD's you see for sale vs how many Victory's, wonder why that is. "
Have any of you ever looked on Craigslist or Auto/Motorcycle Trader and see the pages and pages of Harley's for sale. You rarely see a Victory
and even rarer, you see a Vision. Thats no coincidence.

The fuel truck will be at my dealer monday thought thursday so I plan on going over every day and ride something. What I really want to ride is a new vision so I can see what difference the tranie is. I would like to have a bright red vision in the garage but my gray one isn't bad a toll. I do think the gray shows less dust and its all mine to love and ride every day. I have owned more harleys then one is in tattled to and there ok till you throw your leg over a vision and then a hole new word opens to you.
I'm one lucky guy to ride something great.
