Just bought a neoprene mask. Why haven't I bought one years ago?!?! Under my full face it makes me almost forget its 30 degrees outside (almost).

If you ride in cold weather, go get one!!!

Alexi

PS - feel free to recommend your favorite budget buy. Christmas is around the corner and I'm sure ill get a visa gift card or two.

My favorite $10 accessory is the Cramp Buster. I used one on the 48 and the 49 state ride.

Silk glove liners help your digits stay toasty warm. Anywhere from $7-12 online. REI, Cabellas, Amazon, Tourmaster, etc..

Just keep them away from velcro.

The silk socks work great too.

Three gallons of gasoline. I use it before the warranty expires.

I use a large bandana for over the face cover from the nose down and covers the ears. I wear this year 'round and in the winter time I use another face cover under the bandana that keeps my face warm down to the coldest temps I will ride, which so far it's 19 degrees. The banadana protects the sun, and keeps dust and other stuff out and things don't hurt as much if you get hit in the face with a bug, small rock, etc. It also serves as a rain wick keeping it to the outside of the jacket so the water runs there and not down into the chest. I get mine from the local leather shop for around $10 but can be got through any Hot Leather or like distributer.

Quick question - No helmet law here in New Mexico, but just started wearing a full-face to keep my mug warm. Problem is the shield fogs up almost immediately. It is too cold to leave cracked open, and there is so little wind (thanks, Vic ) the vents on the helmet don't allow enough air in.
Any suggestions?

Oh, and best sub $10 accessory? Removing the baffles from my S1L2 exhaust. Cost = FREE!!

The pinlock system works great. Had no problems with my old helmet (an HJC), and I just have to find out if they make one for my helmet. If they have one for your helmet, I highly recommend it....
