I have a Garmin 450 (same as 550 w/o bluetooth) which I will be moving from my BMW to my Vision. I had my 450 wired to my Autocom Intercom system so I could listen to directions in my helmet.
My Vision has the CB/Intercom system installed. Has anybody done to the Vision, what I had done to the BMW?
If so, please advise how to hook-up.

Thanks!

I tapped into the aux wire in the glove box and ran a wire to the Garmin mount so the directions come through the speakers.

So, with that hook-up you must either have music or GPS through the speakers? I was wanting a set-up like I had on the BMW. Meaning, music would be playing, music would lower when GPS needed to give directions.

Thanks for the reply.

I believe that if you have the CB installed in the Vision their should be a connector on the audio harness for the GPS audio. It's just a question of wether the connectors match or not.

There is a connector under the console (4 pin) that can mate up the Zumo to the Vision and give you exact same functionality as the Autocom...It requires a little rewiring...It was either here or on the VOG candubrian did an excellent write up on installing the Zumo...
