Decent article.

I rode with Bryan on part of the trip up to Sturgis. I was on a CrossRoads, him on the 8ball Vision. While the CrossRoads was a great bike with lots of power, I secretly wished I could have ridden the Vision. My new hardly ridden Vision was back home having goodies added to it. When I got home and finally got to ride it, I was convinced I made the right choice.

about 3 years ago it was hard for the rags and folks in general to say really good things of the Vision to sway the mind. They always wanted to leave them with the idea despite the great features of the bike it was odd looking and folk would make fun of you because you rode one. Today, despite the looks, and actually it is a look to be appreciated by those not tainted by the "old school" look as I get the greatedst compliments from folk who have never rode. They will stand and admire the bike and the lines, and I've never known a none rider do that to the other bikes. I actually had one woman tell me that she really liked my Vision even though her son had a chromed out Harley that she thought was gawdy, but he revered it. When it comes to cross-over appeal, the 8-Ball is the bike to bring them to the Vision, thus, Victory.

I just bought the first 2011 Vistory Vision 8-Ball to be sold in the CA market at Berts Mega Mall in Covina (new Victory dealer) and I love it! The exhaust is way too quiet but besides that its really sooooooooooooooo easy to ride and going into turns!

I just read the article that Jedi posted. In the motor photo it looks like they cut away the aluminum panel by the front exhaust to help eliminate the heat factor. Glenster can you tell us if they did. I know my 08 exhaust header is covered up more then that photo.
They say they have 46mm front forks. I thought we had 43 mm forks? Am I wrong.
Its a shame that we pay good money for these magazines and the writers don't tell the truth about what they ride. I love my vision buy there are things I don't like and if this writer would tell the world what he didn't like maybe victory would fix of improve them. But they write what the manufacture ask them to write.
