I started to hook up my controller tonight. The front went well but the back is giving me fits. For some reason I can't get the plug to plug in. I'm going to get my small die mirror from work and see if the terminals on the injector are bent over or something.
Anyone else have this problem? I'm also going to put the intake plate on. Are there any tricks to this?

it is not easy at all just make sure that the plug is in straight and push as long as it is lined up you should have no problems it was the most difficult for me and all of us i believe. the locking tab on the connector was the resistance in my case.

It's tough. Just be gentle. Once on you shouldn't need to remove it. Intake plate is a piece of cake. Just take the time with the form-a-gasket and you should be good to go. Get ready for power Hoover. You'll know what I mean when you get it done.

There is an air defuser rubber thing (looks like a 4 hole funnel) in the intake tract behind the headlight. Might want to pull that too since you are in the mood to mod.

OK finally got the controller hooked up. The instructions are not clear on adjusting though. Also the instructions on the web don't match the ones that came with it. The instructions on Lloyds talks about hooking up the to O2 sensors. The paper instuctions say to unplug them and leave them unplugged. The unit I have doesn't have any plugs for the 02s.The part # I got from Lloyds was 9120213. Is this the right one?
Also can someone be more detailed as to setting this up? How do I know what mode I'm in?
The dealer is coming to get this for the electrical problem in another post but I wanted to set the controller first. HELP!!!!!!!!

Nevermind, I went to the dobeck site and learned how to adjust it. Still not sure on the 02s. The ones I have used before give you snap on 02 eliminators so the computer gets fooled. This one came with no eliminators.

the computer does not care if the O2s are connected it just goes into a lean condition and you adjust with the controller. depending on the mods start with what lloyd has on the paper and adjust and have fun
