Quick question . . . last time I removed my rear tail lamps to replace with clear, I removed my trunk. I have new 92 LED bulbs coming in tomorrow and I'm wondering if it is necessary to remove my trunk to access? Can't remember . . . not a huge deal, but I wired in the 99 LED stop lamps and the connectors are under layers of black tape.

You might have your mod already done.

When I removed my tail lights to install a isolator/converter for trailer lights. I was able to leave the trunk intact.

TAIL LIGHT TRIM (“M&rdquo PANEL
Removal
1. Remove license plate to access bracket screws.
Remove bracket screws and bracket.
2. Starting at lower edge of “M” panel, lift straight away
to disengage spring tabs along each edge.
3. Lift center of “M” panel to disengage center tabs near
license plate mount.
4. Pull top corners up to disengage top tabs on each
side.
NOTE: On Victory Vision Tour models (equipped
with a trunk), the “M” panel must be moved rearward
before the front of panel can be raised high enough
to clear the trunk and release the tabs from the slots

Installation
1. Be sure all spring clips are in place on the “M” panel
tab posts.
2. Trunk Equipped Models: Engage the front tabs on the
panel with the top slots on the tail lamp housing and
carefully slide the M panel forward, keeping it clear of
the trunk.
3. Align all “M” panel tabs with their respective mounting
slots and push straight down into place, starting at the
top and moving downward until all are firmly seated.
Be sure peg at bottom of panel is aligned with hole in
each lower access panel.

Mark, Your..........welcome.

Your bike looks sharp.

Did you stick on the carbon fiber or is it solid?

I spray painted mine flat black, was getting a reflection in the windshield  from the brushed aluminum.
