I was wondering all you vision riders that have a Victory stage 1 or 2 on your bike has the gas mileage suffered? Right now I'm getting 43 miles per gallon up to 80 miles an hour.......with gas prices nowadays I like that......but I want to go with stage 2... have the California pipes been relaease yet?

Pipes are on backorder till the 20th of this month.
I have the 49 states on order now.
The 50 state will be avalibe at the same time from what I saw with my own eyes on the screen they have same backorder date.
IE this says different mapping/restrictor to me for the calli models DAMN EPA .
I have seen and listened to both pipes and the stage 2 is big enough to drop a golfball in all the way through.
The owners I have spoke with said it freed the motor up and milage is better or same.
I have spoken with several vision riders local milage here in windy oklahoma can vary a great deal from day to day.
36-43 mpg+ 186miles to low fuel light is what I get and most others but you get a 25-45mph winds head on and it will get 25-30mpg unless you slow down to 60mph and drop it to 5th gear then she gets around 40mpg.
sounds llike you get great milage must have some hills to coast down it is all FLAT here in JOKELAHOMA.
GET STAGE 2 PIPES there not that loud at all there deep low sounding and your motor will thank you for opening it.
This will also drop the heat on your right leg a great deal from what most say.

I had the L1S2 put on when the bike was new . Even though I am slightly under the 500 mile mark, the display on the dash shows that I am averaging 44.3 mpg. This probally will change once I get out of the break in period.

Been using 93 octane fuel from the majors.

Definately on the mark as far as a bit warmer on the right side.

Today I heard for the first time the 50 state stage 1 pipes.....Ill save my money. The sound was just alittle deeper but not worth, to me the extra bucks. I didnt ride the bike but with the stage download.....I blipped the throttle the bike died..( an indication to me that the EFI mapping was a marginal compromise). Those downloads never seem to work as good as stock.Waiting for the 50 state Stage 2 to hit sunny California........waiting, waiting....etc.

Well Polaris has done it again backordered till the 30th now added 10 more days onto it.

wonder if I should ask them for the interest back on my card for the time I have to wait for there goods to be made and shipped out.

How many more months till we really get the stage 2 pipes into the stores??? .
It is like they made a very small run of them and then havent made anymore since.

I was told by my dealer the first of July so we'll see. It seems some dealerships have them in and some don't. It really doesn't seem like a good way to do business and from what I have read on this forum, the chrome orders have also been back ordered. I would really like to hate Polaris but I just love my bike so just gonna have to grin and bear it....
