If everything goes right I will pick up my 09 tour premium on 28 Dec.

Is there a spot to hook on the front tie downs inside the front, like trough the engine cowling somewhere forward to the wal where the front hook are in the trailer I am using?

I suspect i can use the rear tip overs to snug down the back.?

THX

There's a big ring right under the HID light.  The Vision also ships from the factory with two eye-bolts screwed into the front tip-overs.  Make sure the dealer gives you those for additional tie-downs, you will use them again someday.  I keep mine with the bike just in case I get into a towing situation so the ape strapping the bike down doesn't try to strap to my handlebars.

Rear tip-overs for the back.

Like Songfan said but beware the rear tipovers would have to be tied forward. They are open on the back and a strap could slip off. I think page 6 or 8 of the owners manual has a nice illustration of strapping the bike down. Should be a spare manual in the trunk at least I did.
Enjoy your new ride.

I made it back and forth to Daytona this year.
Used the ring under the headlight. Make sure you bring a cloth to cover the front fender.
Hooks in the tip overs work great.
Ran a strap through the back tire, another soft rag over the rim to keep it from marking.

Pg 22 of the owners manual.
Hopefully attachment comes through. This is the only site I have issues with.

I spoke with a guy once who transports bikes, his company required like 8 tie down points.
Told him to go to a dealer and get some of the bolts for the front tip overs.
I did not use the rear tip overs, just held down rear tire and worked fine.
