Have you tried the hand brake lever and foot pedal separately?  Could be just one or the other. 

Any mods to the bike like the Kuryakin 4170 or LEDs?

Tried both independently no stop lights,
No kuryakin mods yet.
When i apply the flashers the upper two bulbs work, And when turned off i here a click.
maybe a relay?

There is a test in the manual to pinpoint the problem. The front and back are on seperate switches. I think you have a wire undone, but it could be a relay. Have you pulled the seat recently or the trunk?

Make sure your horn wiring is all hooked up. I found out that the brake lights and the horn are somehow linked together.

Was at the National Meet in Billings when the brake lights quit working. Kevinx said "check your horn". I found one of the horn wires had come unattached. Just plugged the wire back in and all worked OK.
