I have had my Vision for over 3 months and my membership card and pin just arrived. You would think they would welcome you as a new Victory owner with a little more sense of urgency.

Bought my Vision November 2009, just received my card and "Welcome Packet" on July 2nd.
Seems a little too long for me.
I hope warranty claims get handled quicker if any arise.

I bought mine in October 2009 and I STILL havent recieved anything from Victory. I guess because I paid cash and didnt finance the bike thru polaris my continued happiness is not as important. As for warranty claims... starter went out at 1800 miles and they replaced it the same day without any paperwork. (Wheels motorsports Victory ) Fargo ND. Who do I contact at Victory to get the packet and pin?

I just recieved my membership and I purchased my bike 5/13/2009. That is almost two months after it expires. Nice pin and sticker though.

I just recieved a second packet also. First one arrived before I took delivery of the bike last July. I had it (Vision) shipped from Goldsborough SC. and it took 5 weeks to arrive at my house in Colorado. Shipper had many stops and took exceptional care of my bike though.

They must be getting better. Bought my bike on May 18, received my VRA package today (July 14).Less then 2 months...not bad I guess since I'm up here in Canada.
Cheers!
