Many thanks go to Brad Johnson the Victory dealer. While buying a "logo" t-shirt for my collection, I happened to mention that the turn signals were doing weird things. When I hit the button for either left or right turn , BOTH sides would blink (like I had hit the 4-way flashers).

Brad didn't have a clue as to why this was happening, but took my cell # & said he would call me back after speaking with a Victory tech in Warranty section at Polaris. Couple hours later he called & advised that the Vic tech had a suspicion it was something that had been wired into the circuitry of the Vision and had probably fried the Auto Cancel Module of the turn signal circuit.

Got on the phone with my buddy Rick Gilbert in Jax (who is a certified Vic tech) and we were discussing the problem when the light bulb went on. I have (MAKE THAT HAD) a Scorpio alarm system on the Vis !

Pulled the seat off & couldn't find the alarm module anywhere I looked & looked and finally found it hanging down below the frame and rubbing on the drive belt. I pulled it up and most of the plastic box had been worn away as well as a bunch of the circit cards inside it. I disconnected all wires to it and covered the ends with electrical tape.

I know you're thinking "What the hell does the alarm system have to do with the turn signals?" Well, as it turns out,the alarm system is wired into the turn signals so that when I turned it off or on, the turn signals would blink.

Long post to give a guy a "thank you very much" but I needed to explain the problem. Brad went out of his way to help a guy that just wandered in to buy a t-shirt.
