New to the Vision, and I found this in the manual, "A fused maintenance charger connection is provided". I look everwhere I could think of, and didn't anything that fits that description. Anyone know where it is, and/or, what it looks like?

Mine is tucked down in front the battery and is capped. It is no more than one of this plug looking things for a trickle charge you can get at most automotive sections or stores.

Thanks Vary..I'll look for that...did you have to take any panels off to find it?

I don't believe this is factory installed, correct me if I'm wrong as I believe this is suppose to be in your plastic bag with the manual. Some dealers I believe install on the bike during prep check out. As for my dealer's sevice department they said someone took mine, so I installed the one that came with my trickle charger.
Also, it is good to put a little battery terminal grease on the terminals, helps keep corrosion off them. Besure to use a rubber glove when using this type of grease as it will irritate your fingers. You can get this grease from your auto parts store.

i wish i knew otherwise, I didn't even know it was there until I saw it dangling down one day and put a tie on it and tucked it back in. In fact, that happened in florida about a month after getting the bike and I left the trunk light on and the battery went dead. When I jumped it off that's when I found it.

Isn't that amazing, I still have it too, I'm so proud of it, just can't let it go. It doesn't come near to what VaParadox got free with his bike.

I found it. Thanks everyone. It was installed. I have one just like it from my last bike. Like to keep a solar battery tender on my bikes.
