It has at the above post and at least one other time as well. It is good though that you brought it back up.

I've ordered some "standard" type motorcycle mudflaps and I'll see how they adapt. Also go new shifter peg and brake "pedal" on the way.

I have installed this product. It only worked about half way in keeping the crud off of the front of the bike. Not sure I would reccomend it. I left it on and installed one from JC Whitney as well. It hangs down a little more and keeps the front all the way clean.

Anyone hooked a mudflap up for the back of the bike yet?

I own one on my bike. Once I received it and saw that it was shorter than it looked in the photo, I was smart enough to mount it lower
on the fender then the instructions required. It does a pretty good job, but since I put it on from the get go, i dont really have any
history to fairly compare. I would order it again, but if they offered two models, I would choose the longer of the two for sure.
Hell, its just black plastic, anyone on here can use this as a template and cut longer units for all of us. hint hint hint......
