I have posted a new video on YouTube. Here is a different view of a ride through Colorado on the Million Dollar Highway. What an awesome road on one amazing machine. Keep in mind while watching the video this is riding two up and pulling a trailer.

I rode that stretch on my Concours a few years ago and pulled-off in that same parking lot. My video footage isn't nearly that cool. Great camera mount location. New homepage video material!

Vision tex,

Great vidio!!! My wife and I rode that back in 2006 on our Kingpin.(pre-vision). We went from Durango over to Montrose. Spent too much time in Montrose and made it back to Silverton and darkness fell. Made the rest of the trip back to Durango after dark. Not a good thing to do.
Loved the vidio!
Ditto all the above posts.

Interesting that we both did video of the same stretch of highway and pulled off at the extra same place. I made a mount for on the trailer not really knowing how it would work but as the video shows quite well. Now all I need to do is build a mount for the trailer that I can control from the front to pan and tilt the camera. Perhaps even a video display on the dash to show what I am shooting.

NIce! I just got back from doing that same road from Ouray to Durango last week. Also did it in June in the rain and just before sunset- beautiful but intimidating when wet. Only rained for the first 1/3 of it. Did it both times from North to South- I've heard it is even better from South to North.

Crawford,

Wow! That looks fantastic! What camera did you use?

FYI, You might want to moderate you comments. The agitator youtube troll (that lurks here as well but does not post) found the video and is posting. The best way to deal with him is to block all posts from him and moderate all the posts in your videos.

Thanks . . . it was my plan to not play his stupid game and I have now blocked him. If he had something worthwhile to say I could deal with that but all that came out was BS.

I use a Panasonic PV-GS300 Digital, it's about four years. What was really pleased with was now smooth the trailer was. This has opened many possible uses of the camera and trailer.

And now it graces our frontpage (albeit in a smaller version). Great job Crawford!

I urge you to post it on Victory-Riders.com where it will show up in the correct size. BTW, word of it will also be broadcast across the net on Twitter.
