I had read in the forum that Victory was working on a fix for running the IPODS through the connection that is on the bike. Does anyone know if they have fixed the issues and what model IPOD works with the 09 Visions.

Thanks-read through that stuff-latest info if dated back on August-issue does not seem to be resolved. Me dealer says he is still having trouble with his so he has not received any fix from Victory.

Mine works with the 8gb nano (2nd generation). What sucks is if it bounces around a little within the compartment, the iPod cable wiggles lose and it quits working.

Another ongoing problem I have is that the shuffle mode doesn't work well. I'll hit the button to go to the next song and it loops between 3-5 songs. Pretty annoying. I'm about to give up and install Sirius.

Now that I have a whole 1000 miles on my Viz I too have found the IPOD problems. What I may try is to plug the Ipod into the cig lighter adapter I bought and use the ear buds. I dont think the audio with get louder as I speed up but I want to make sure the IPOD is loud enough thru the ear buds at high speeds.

We just had a service done and they updated my player/bike software with the latest version.
(Thanks Cycle Dragon)
So far no more problems (300 miles so far) but will find out on the way to Laughlin for sure.

FYI: I have the hard drive mega gig pod, I just added helmet padding to get a snug fit in the pocket and it never skips.
