Well, after talking with aftermarket manufactures in search for different grips i ended up buying the cramp buster. I was hesitant at first...I had Kuryakyns on my Harley with the throttle boss, and was looking for something similar, but no go. So anyhow for 10 bucks i didnt expect much and boy was i surprised. This thing works very well, is adjustable in position, and has increased the comfort level a bunch. My main concern about using it was the wearing of the grip, but it comes with a rubber sleeve that goes on the grip first then the cramp buster. So until someone comes out with a wider heated grip i will use this....

Does the Cramp Buster help for menstralcycle problems too or just motorcycle problems? If it helps alleviate menstral cycle cramps I need a box, I live with 3 women.

Wouldn't it be easier just to use the cruise control?

3 women huh....you need to go and buy another motorcycle to cure that pain. And no it wouldnt be eaiser to use the cruise. I do on long highway rides but theres time in traffic situations that i like control of the throttle.

Lets see, I have two daughters of my own and three stepdaughters and of course the boss of the house. So that makes me in the house with 6 women. (Shudder). All one year apart in age, the youngest now 16 with 3 years left in HS.
I have had people ask me how i survive. I just point to the motorcycle.

dwhite- Just like the cheap sticker on my helmet says: "For some there's therapy, for the rest of us there's motorcycles".
Anywho; I've been riding with the Crampbuster for 2 days now. It really does work well. Being another, former Kuryaken Throttle Boss owner, I was thinking that this POS will do the job but I'll probably cut it down. It is huge on the hand grip. after about 800mi with some traffic and lots of twisties, I've decided I'm just going to let it be. I accidently nailed the placement first time and haven't tweaked it since. I don't recommend it to anyone really worried about how it will look hanging off the grip but I still recommend it to all who could use some ease of the throttle. When I get back home from my road trip in a couple weeks, I'll spec the stock grips and see if I can find a heated direct replacement grip. The bigger the better.

My 3 all cycle together, right along with the 3 gals from the office. That would be a good name for the Vision, "The Cramp Buster", or maybe "Full Moon Tour Premium."

dwhite28,

An elder friend (who passed away in 2000) had five daughters with his lovely bride. On the CB his handle was "Harem Leader". I am sure you know how he felt.

I could have only been so lucky for them to "Cycle together"  The all rode solo, so someone was riding all the time.  lol

At least i had my ride and the one that was nicest that day would usually climb on back and enjoy the country side with me.

I like my cramp buster. This is the first one that I have owned and it has worked out fairly well.

Kuryakyn makes a very small throttle boss that can be easily strapped on and off (same thing as the cramp buster only with a flexible strap type mount) which I really like. The Kury version is small enough that I can mount it in the center of the grip to fit my palm. This said a good pair of gloves will prevent hand slippage and reduce the need to grip so tight that you get cramps. I ride a lot with my thumbs over the top of the grips which also helps.
