Wichita, KS | Saw the newly released MBW front and rear lights at the AVR. Lloydz is going to be a distributor for them. They have just been released. As a matter of fact they had just arrived two days before the AVR.
According to LLoyd, these are a 2nd gen to the original design. Same features, improved product, and a lower price! Instead of the 900-1000 dollar price we were hearing the original was going to cost, the tail lights will be $600. At the time, LLoyd did not have a price available for the front turn signals.
Just wanted to pass this news on. |

Pittsburgh, PA | i would like to see these new ones installed and then see two bikes next to each other to see the real affect they are going to have before putting out 600 bucks. If they show up like I've seen some tractor trailers at night, I would be a buyer. |

Georgia, west of Atlanta | Can't wait to hear a riders review before I shell out 600 bones on lights. Didn't the first versions mess up the cruise control ?? They do look super cool. I'll give em that , but I don't won't any electrical problems............. |

Fountain Inn, SC United States | Haven't heard anything from MBW, but then again he was in a major motorcycle crash just before the AVR and his leg is held together with a ton of screws, rods & pins (I saw the X-ray). He's lucky to be alive.

Peru, IN | Puh-leese! MBW is never going to release their Vision lights to the public. They make 2 different styles of lights, period. One type is a ribbon that mount under a "regular" rear fender (V-Rod/VTX/Hammer style) and the other is a circular (wrap around) ribbon that mount around a front fork. That's all they make. They've been teasing the Vision world for YEARS with the LED prototypes. First, they gave a set to Lloyd and now they've shown off a set at AVR. If they were interested in actually producing and selling them, they'd put them on their site. I took this screen shot about 10 minutes ago. It's the same thing that's been there for years. They haven't even updated the pic (which they stole from the Vic website). Even if they DID produce them, how good do you think customer service would be? What if you needed warranty service or just a new LED? It's been 3 years since they claimed they were going to sell them already. It would probably take that long to fix them, too. Liars, every one.

I'll believe it when ten people on site have them on their bikes with no problems........Otherwise it was just a cool video on YouTube........ |

Peru, IN | It would be uber cool if someone could successfully make these and market them. Even for $600 (which is a hell of a lot of money for tail lights, no matter how fancy they are), they'd be a steal. Not sure I'd even spend that much but you never know. All I know is that I wouldn't even consider buying them if the name "MBW" is on them. |

Check out reaper60 on Vog.net. He offers front and back LEDS FOR $600. He is currently using a 4710 BUT he is working with an electrical engineer on the microprocessor that will provide MBW's affects. The upgrade will be free.
Who has them installed? Myself and other riders and his customer base is groing. Chris is an awesome guy and is extremely maticulous. He does it right! He is also going to install his LED accent setup on my bike. I will take some videos and post them.
