Well you hear plenty on bad dealers and service so thought I would put out a good report on one.

Took my VV into All Out Cycles in Chesapeake Va for a dragging starter on a Monday after, noon. Keep in mind they just finished a demo day the weekend before so were still busy from that and the Seedoo surge. Bike diagnosed by Tues and new starter ordered. Parts received Friday afternoon and delivered on Monday. Would have been ready Saturday AM but I told them I was going out of towns stater changed out and bike back together like she should be. For those interested the starter had 9K on it in 6 months.

Just thought I would put a good note on a good dealer for those in the Hampton roads area

Always good to hear about a dealer that cares.

I never tell dealer to take there time. Summer might be over before they get it done.

Sounds like they did what they were supposed to do, nothing special, but I understand it was cool for a change..

Exactly Diamonbird... Good group of guys running it and thought it was worth mentioning for those that get out this way.

Just curious since your in Mechanicsville, have you checked out the new dealer in Richmond? Was wanting to swing by there next time I head to DC. Wondering how they are doing with the line up as a VIC dealer now.

Didn't know there was one in Richmond! When did this happen?
Maybe you're talking about the dealer down in Colonial Heights, if so I've been there one time, no reason to go back! They sell all kinds of brands not just Victory's so they could care less about our brand or the people.

I was just at the Prince George dealer (yeah, it may seem like Colonial Heights, but it's Prince George County) and they are doing some nice things. One, THE VICTORY SIGN is up on the side of the building and it is very visible from the Harley dealership. They've expanded the show room floor space for the Victory's and you see them when you first come in on your way to the service department. They also are getting a selection of accessories in as well. There's about 8-10 bikes there, so that's not too bad. Ran into one Victory rider and fellow VMCer who was getting a tire mounted for his KP. The tide maybe changing a little and I hope to establish some rapport with the NEW GM and get the CVC revived eventually.
