| From this year forward Blackbeard's Run V is going to be a local VMC gathering/event with dealership sponsors and support. A block of rooms at a discounted rate have been reserved at our usual location:

This year will just be a gathering with a Saturday ride. Depending on the state of RT12 (hurricane damage) I will be posting alternate routes over the next couple of weeks on the VMC site.
Due to sequestration I can't afford to go this year, but I will have someone gather you folks up in the morning into separate groups depending on what ride you want to do and volunteer ride captains.
Meeting up at All Out and the demo truck on Friday afternoon for a KSU of 3:00 pm will happen again, and depending on our head count David will be handing out T-shirts that day. |

This is the tenitive schedule:
- Friday Night April 26th
- Arrive Kill Devil Hills, NC
6:45 pm: Ride to dinner at Big Al’s Soda Shop in Manteo, NC.
Try not to arrive early since they might have an early season crowd. A little late is a good thing.
- Saturday ~ Lighthouse Run April 27th
o 8:00-9:00 am: Riders meet at Comfort Inn Hotel
o 9:15 am: Kick Stands Up
o Group ride to Hatteras Lighthouse
o Optional Ride to Ocracoke Village for Lunch at Howard’s Pub, or find your favorite spot
o Return to Comfort Inn Hotel
o 7:00 pm: Dinner at Miller’s Seafood and Steakhouse
- Sunday April 28th
o Have a Safe ride home
