Arizona Victory may have some but the 2" ones were way too high for my short wife. http://www.arizonavictory.com/eshopprod_cat_2302-61041_product_7415...

Ok, so give everyone an assist. What it your wife's height and inseam so we can make informed decisions.
Thanks.

She's 5'2" with an inseam of 29. She wears 2" heels on her riding boots.

My son-in-law is a machinist and he built me a pair for my wife who is 5'1" and very short legs. After some careful measuring he made them 3 and 1/2 inches high as that is the max we could go and still could open the bags without hitting. They are made from block aluminum and are polished. It looks professional but due to the time it takes he would charge about $400 for a set. I have heard that you can stack two of the 2 inch size and they will work even if they look a little funny but not sure that is true. Arch
