Phenix City AL. | I need to bleed my clutch system, just change out resivor, now the Clutch will not work, anyone have the trick |

Pittsburgh, PA | All it takes is a little bit of air to screw everything up.. like if you crack the bleeding valve and forget to tighten it when you let go of the clutch lever, you know just sucked air into the system. |

| First off turn handlebars far right. You want master cylinder at its highest point.
Hold lever to grip. Don't let go.
Reach down and open bleeder. If nothing comes out or a little comes out wait a few seconds. Now tighten bleeder. Now you can take hand off lever.
Just keep doing this and check fluid. When you have a lot coming out of bleeder stop opening bleeder.
Now with cover off master cylinder just barely squeeze lever you'll see little bulbs coming up. Keep that up till no bulbs. |

| If any of you want to change your fluid suck out as much as you of the master cylinder but leave a little layer of fluid over the holes at the bottom of the cylinder.
Now add new fluid. Bleed and add more. Keep you eyes open looking for the change in fluid color.
When you see new color your done. Check after a good ride to see your full. |

Southeast Idaho | attach a syringe to some vacuum hose with a small enough hole to fit snugly over the bleeder, create suction (vacuum) with the syringe and slightly crack the bleeder, watch for fluid to fill the syringe while making sure you maintain enough level in the master cylinder as to not let air enter the system. once you feel confident your not getting any more air bubbles and just fluid, tighten the bleeder and check clutch pressure. Continue this process until satisfied with results.
just did mine last night and worked like a charm.....good luck

McHenry, IL | Or simply pull you clutch lever in, use a wire tie to hold the lever to the bar, and let it sit overnight. In the morning, cut the wire tie and off you go! At least this has worked for me on several occations when I have had difficulties with hydraulic clurches. |

Phenix City AL. | The clutch is all fixed, I hope. However when I went to test ride, I realized my rear tire was flat, its only a few months old, so I guess its to the shop for a new tire, is this a signed that I should not goto bike week, hmmm |

Having had a flat on every single tire I have put on my Vision, I plug and play, otherwise I'd be broke. It seems I get a flat about every 7k miles, at least thats what it started out with. I have a hand held plug kit, you buy at any autoparts store. Shove the reamer through and shove a cord in and ride. Trim the excess so you don't have a bump and then ride. I have yet to have a leak from the plug job or any other symptoms related to fixing the hole. Legal disclaimer - Just cause I do it don't mean you should. NE Florida Jacksonville | I have been using RideOn a product that acts as a tire sealer and will balance the tire. The dosage for the rear tire is about 1 and 1/3 bottles and the front is 1 and 1/8th bottle. You can order it from J&P Cycles or direct from RideOn.com. To date no flats and the bike rides smooth as glass with no weights on the rims. |

Phenix City AL. | My issues, when re installing make sure you lube all moving parts, the plunger that the lever pushes on, only goes one way, they look the same size on each end, but one side is smaller that the other. When you send you levers to powder coat, bake shure you pull out all bushings, and let to powder coater know to protect all the holes that the bushings go into. Dont be in a hurry when installing parts, it will take time in the long run.
