I will soon be the owner of a 09 Vision to go along with my 04 KP and 07 Ness Jackpot.
Is there suggested model and location to install a cradle and wiring system?
I have been looking through lot s of old posts, but don't see many pictures.
Does the Vic/Garmin cradle for $150 bucks have a mount to attach to the center panel?

I am using my Zumo with a Scala Rider G-4 set, I phone and custom ear plugs on my KP and Jackpot.

Thanks and look forward to sharing more often

Well... there IS a handlebar mount that will accept a standard RAM ball. It replaces the bottom of your clutch or brake lever clamp. About $45 for the two, I think. I have my GPSMAP 60CS mounted to one.

I was using the 2720 on my 09 Vision.
I had nothing but problems with the unit.
I upgraded to the 660 last year.
I had to buy the new Victory mount for the 660 and it went in the same spot ( on the console )as the 2720.
The issue is in the wiring. The 09's were meant to use the 660.
There was a volume issue with the 660.
My dealer did a little rework on the cabling and the volume for the 660 is better.
It is not as loud as he 2720 was but it is usable.

I have a 550 Zumo mounted on the handle bars along with Sirius Radio. The Ram mount works well.Mine's paired up to a Scala ll Rider Bluetooth. You can get the Ram ball mounts (10mm stud) for $10 apiece thru www.gpscity.com.They have any Ram hardware you'd ever need @ a reasonable price.

It helps to print out a small decal to tape onto the baseplate that says 'I take it with me so there's nothing to look for' because mouth breathers see the bracket and figure you've stashed it somewhere on the bike or in the car
