A Texas rancher went to east coast to visit a cousin who had a farm in Connecticut.  After the formal greetings all around, the farmer offered to give his cousin a tour of the farm.

"My land stretches from that treeline over there to that fence post, back to the road and up to the riverbank over there.  Here's where I plant my squash. The tomatoes are over there and the cucumbers along there.  I built a playground for the kids right there and a dog run along the fence line."

The Texan looked around -  "Is this all your land?"

"Yep." the farmer replied proudly.

"This is it?  All of it?"

"All mine."

"Well, son," said the Texan, "back home, I'd get up before the sun'd come up, ride all day, all the way until the sun would set, and still only be halfway across my ranch."

The farmer looked up wistfully and said "Yeah, I used to have a Harley like that myself."
