Tifton, GA | One of the Happiest days of my life was watching a S10 Blazer drive out of my yard with a new owner. That was the last GM product I will ever own. Will continue to own another brand bike, but Vision will be my main ride for a long long time! |

SC, Bluffton | I don't understand the poster. I have seen it a few times. My Vision has an idle issue.
I have been driving with this problem for many Months. It surges terribly when cruising
along between 2,000 to 2,800 RPM. Sometimes when I let off the gas, the bike won't
drop below 2,300 RPM. Kind of scary, but I just apply the brakes and pull in on the clutch.
After a second or tow, the bike drops to 1,000 RPM.
My Dealership 40 miles away closed about 2 years ago. Damn I wished I had a local
dealership.
If I don't get a more local dealership in a few years, I might have to take the Vision into
an unknown to me dealership in a County far, far away. I hope the Idle issue doesn't
worsen. I read it might be some Idle-air valve something another that an Authorized
Victory dealer can reflash the ECM?
If I were to buy another new bike today, would I want a Victory? I think it is an
awesome manufaturer, and patriotic at that. But what if something goes wrong
like with the above guy (me)?
