I'm sure someone, somewhere has tried the Vic cams in their Vision, however, for the best "all around" performance, the Lloydz VM-1 cams are without a doubt, the best thing since sliced bread for the Vision. Remember, they were originally designed for the Vision. However, they work so well, people are running them in all Vic models now....

And to prove it, Kevin will, if requested, and bribed, after installing the cams, pull a wheelie on yours ( and watch all there smile !). Kevin, the cams are just awesome for pulling the trailer - did a short 1700 trip for 5 days and going to the north coast of BC and just love the extra power. Now I need better brakes!

Looking at the dyno sheets at Lloydz web site I'd say the VM-1 cams are great street performers and that is where we all ride, now if you're building a drag racer or top end missle you would want some more duration and lift, but then you need headwork, compression, 7000 rpm and all the other hot rod stuff to really take advantage of it. Don't know much about the Victory cams, there are no dyno graphs from Victory that I can find, there's a reason for that, but I don't know it..........

Cams only have one reason for existence, to open valves for a specific lift and duration, the engine does not know who made the cam or what it's for. Duration in the extreme is for high rpm motors and Victory or harley engines being lomg stroke fairly low rpm engines need what's best for them and it seems that Lloyd has done his homework in this area. There is not alot of choices of cams for for the freedom engine and for now it seems Lloyds are the best.......
