Still pops, I think a tad less with everything installed. Don't notice it much, especially at full throttle!!

+1 on the Lloydz upgrade. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE AND DON'T TAKE IT TO YOUR LOCAL DEALER WITHOUT CHECKING THEIR REFERENCES FIRST! I couldn't wait for a cam party close by, soooo I've got a smoking Vision. Turns out that the dealer doesn't know how to tune a VFC. I'm paying for their (and my) education.
Have patience and wait for Kevin.

Guys, sorry to say that I'm out (for now) . . . mamma wants new harwood floors and granite countertops and I can't do both right now. No doubt I WILL do the kevinx cam upgrade, but it is not in my near term future. Sorry. Good news is that that opens up a spot for someone else!

I have the full setup from Lloyd and couldn't be happier. The bike runs like it did stock, but just a hell of a lot stronger. Pulling the front tire on a quick 1-2 shift is a sight to see on a 900lb bike. Cams didn't make mine pop anymore or less, and I did just purchase the IAV from Lloyd and have yet to put it on. My dealer disconnected the Idle Air Controller (IAC) and it virtually eliminated the pop. I am hoping to reconnect the IAC and install the Idle Air Valve (IAV) from Lloyd to keep my pops to a minimum. Varyder, Chris, changed his header gaskets on his stock muffler bike and it helped him a lot. I changed mine too and cleaned the exhaust ports with little difference. I NEVER had a pop with the stock exhaust, it only happened after I changed the mufflers out. I am sure you have read that the fuel economy doesn't change when you ride it easy. Good luck with that after you add the goodies.

Bluegill, call Lloyd directly. I sent my VFC into him, he reprogrammed it and sent it back. Free of charge. If you have the latest programming on yours, he will send you the settings to use and you will be about 90% tuned without removing it from the bike. Mine was the pre-cam version and it wasn't setup to put enough fuel into the bike. I took the bike to him at Daytona after getting my VFC3 back and he only had to pull a little fuel out in the midrange to get me 100%.

In my opinion, he is the absolute best when it comes to taking care of his customers. You won't be disappointed.

Now, if you dealer messed something up with the motor, I am not sure what to tell you. Based on your post, you believe it is related to the VFC settings and not the install of the cams.
