I am sure I'm not the first to have noticed that the stock headlight bulbs almost look amber when the HID light is on. Can someone please give me a number of a headlight bulb that will closely match the HID?

Also a note of interest, Groundhogs are like politicians, 2 of them give opposite answers. My vote is for the one that says spring is close!

I tried PIAA Super Bright bulbs for the high/low. they are "whiter" than stock bubs but they didn't last more than 3 or 4 months b4 one or the other low beam would burn out. After replacing them (PIAA's) twice, I went with Sylvania bulbs (that are made for cars/trucks) and they have lasted over a year.
The process of disassembling the whole front end fairing to get to the bulbs was just too time consuming to keep using the PIAA's.
