| Just picked up my first Victory a midnight cherry premium tour pak. Rode over an hour in 16 degrees weather. Was a little numb when I reached home but had enough adreline to make the ride fun. Smooth ride, got alot of looks. I believe 2008 is going too be a good year. |

29 Palms California | 16 ? You have some big ones my friend! Matter of fact, with the seat heater on, you have some warm ones also. I ride regularly at 28 degrees when either coming or going to work. My ears feel a bit chilly on occasion. Hey pollo, here your getting a cool spell. Suck it up warrior and get out and ride! |

Brighton, TN | No sir 13 degrees the other morning, no full face helmet, no insulate pants or boots. Hour ride, welcome to suckvillle. I can do just under 30 degrees here with what I currently have, but it is cold. Can't imagine riding a bike without a fairing that goes all the way down to your feet. A guy here rides a softail classic about the same distance down to about 40, then too uncomfortable for him. He rides in all leathers. I have been thinking about some of the textile like the first gear products or possibly leather to see if I can stay warm at the low temps. |

Sand Rock, AL United States | ploypro thermals, gerbing heated vest and gloves. full face helmet with proclava. Synthetic , lined TourMaster jacket and over pants. that works for my commute which is about 30 miles one way. I actually layered the proclava with 2 more neck gators for mornings when it's in the teens. So to break it down in layers, I had three layers on my neck, 5 layers upper torso (cotton short sleeve t-shirt, cotton lo ng sleeve ,polypro,electric vest, jacket). 3 layers below the waist. Only one pair of socks and my loggers, they do have a padded upper. My feet did get cold but not painfully cold.and my electric gloves. I've found if you can keep your neck and hands warm, the rest is not bad.  |

New Bohemia, VA | 12 degrees here in Central Va. Had the long-johns on with a bib-coverall and leather jacket. Head do-hicky and 3/4 helmet. Did fine on the way to work. Congrats Snowrider, on the M/C TP, the same as mine. I got the taller windshield which seems to work better for the pillion. |

Memphis | 17 Wednesday morning in Memphis. Broke my old record by 12 degrees. Carhartt "Duck Hunter" coveralls under Cortech 3/4 jacket. UnderArmour, turtleneck, Gaitor Neck. The very tips of my fingers were the only things not warm. Look on the gate guards face when I pulled up with "Margaritaville" blaring on the radio.....priceless. |

Songfan, is that your previous 2003 concourse for sale on the FRS website. Have you seen their website lately. Bradley told me he had redone it and has added a forum. We shall see. That Cortech jacket is that what your were showing me, it is black and gray, I think. Pretty hefty. I found the First Gear Kilimanjaro jacket and tried it on, but it would take a XXL just to be lightly comfortable. That Cortech looked like you had room in it still. |

| When the temp drops in the 30's, I break out the carharts. Jacket and coveralls, look like a dork, but easy to put on and take off. Can't ride too much in Indiana when the temps are low. For some reason, if is snows an inch, we put 4 inches of salt on the rode. If you live in the country, the sand may be off the rodes by July. |

29 Palms California | Aint ya'll a bunch a polar bears~! It's fixing to get nasty out! I'm at 3800 ft. and snow was about to blanket the upper desert. We may luck out and pull thru this storm, and it will be in the 70's once it passes, but by the time it gets to Pollochickadee's crib, it's going to be an angry blizzard! Very windy and snow is eminant, so I broke out the cage. I hate every second I have to spend in that thing. Doing 70 in snow flurries could be fun.... |

Arkansas | Guys, all you need to stay toasty is a Gerbings, or Warm-n-Safe jacket liner, a portable "heat troller" from Warm-n-Safe, a BMW to coax cord from Victory or Warm-n-Safe. Plug the power cord mentioned above into the left box outlet (there is a hole under the rubber mat in the glove box(ask me if I noticed that before drilling my own dang hole). You can figure out the routing, but basically you keep the heat troller in the glove box - route a 24" coax extension from under the box back under the cover in front of the seat, then under the left aspect of the seat and tie off with a cable tie. It will dangle there or tuck away if not in use and you now have a convenient plug in and heat like a fireplace on your arms and torso. Legs should be okay unless you're going to be out for several hours at a time. Total cost is about $300 (jacket liner is approx. $200 of it.) Flip the collar up around your neck- it's heated also! |

So Cal | Buckeye. Got up this morning and the sun was shining. Told the wife I was thinking about riding. She said I should take the old boat to work because I havent driven it in ages. So I took the cage to work. Told everybody at work that it had better rain or Im gonna be pissed at mother nature. It started raining about 11:30. Real fine drops, would have never touched me on the Vision. I think the people closer to the mountains got the big stuff. I could spit more than the stuff around my area. |

29 Palms California | Big Bear was getting dumped on when I left for work at 1430 this afternoon. The system looks like once it makes it over the Mountains, it's going to get ugly. I can see Big Bear from my house (very pretty) and it was covered in snow clouds, and it was dumping. Hope it clears soon. Great picture ops up there. |

So Cal | Ill look at pictures, but I NEVER want to touch snow again. My daughter (the best part of my life) is a snowboarder, and I wont even go watch her (she knows its not her, its the snow). The only time I was in aw of snow, is when my dad took us to Niagra Falls in Jan. The mist from the falls formed icesicles on everything. I still wouldnt get out of the car though. |

| Layers - thats the key =
just regular jeans and winter constuction overalls, long sleeve tshirt, sweatshirt, liner and jacket. Then as long as the nose and ears are covered, it's a sweet ride home. |
