Hot Springs Village, Arkansas | Has anyone ordered/purchased the spray paint for touch-up?? What size cans and how good is the color match? My bike is Super Steel Gray, I would like to paint the rear bumper(?) and grab handles. Any info or tips are appreciated. |

I tried to order factory paint at one dealer and got no where. My Vision is black, so no big deal. But midnight cherry and super steel grey, different story. I cant understand why Victory is so MUM on things?????????? |

Fargo, ND | The same reason HD wouldn't release their paint codes for years. If you have something happen, no recourse other than sending back to the mfg to have it refinished to their specs, or they sell you a new piece that matches. It's the American way! |

O'Neill, Nebraska | Does anyone have any additional information on this? Remember when you bought a U.S. made car.....and it came with a little tube of the paint that the car was painted with?
Well I've managed to put a couple of scratches in my bike (no drops....don't ask) and would like to touch them up. By the way its a Cherry Red Vision.
Maybe KevinX has some insight into this or another tech that we have on the forum. Thanks gang! |

San Diego, California | I've got a couple alternatives to the painting of the handles. One is the soft leather like tape that bicycle riders use on their handle bars. They come in colors and easy to put on. the other is a steering wheel cover with the lace strips that you wrap the leather covers with. I have them and they add a nice sporty look to the handles. My wife says they are nice and soft. |

Valparaiso, IN | I was able to order touch up paint from my dealer for my Black Cherry Vision. It's not spray paint but the small container with the brush applicator. It cost about $10 a bottle. |

Carrollton, TX | My dealer "Strokers of Dallas" got me some touchup paint for my Midnight Cherry Vision. It came in a small .6 Fl OZ bottle with a cap that has a small brush on it. The number for the paint is P554 and another number on the bottle is 052908. My dealer said you can buy the paint in a larger can if you plan to do some painting of parts on the bike. |

O'Neill, Nebraska | Thanks guys for the info....this is just what I needed. I managed to scratch the paint on the right side when I was installing my new chrome inner fairings. When I noticed it I thought I was going to be sick to my stomach!

| If you want matching paint take your Vision to any autoparts store that sells paint for the body shops and auto refinishers and have them take a picture of your paint with their paint matching camera. This is how they match the paint on cars that have minor fading issues. Just because you have a paint code does not mean the paint is going to be an exact match from batch to batch. |
