I saw Arlen Ness' brothers Vision at my dealer last month. He had quite a few mods cosmetic & mechanicle.....one was a laydown licence plate frame....I didnt see it offered in the Ness catalog, but it looked so good ....I wonder where he got it...it really sets off the rear of the Vision Street.

What is that?
A license plate that lays flat against the contours of the rear of the bike rather than standing up perpendicular to the ground.

The only thing about the lay down plate holder is that it doesn't let the tag light shine on the tag. To me, that is not a big deal. If a cop pulls you at night, his lights are shining on the tag anyway. So the cop can't tell if it's not lit. ET
