jerrythekingpin , Sorry to hear your hanging up your boot's . Have you considered a trike kit ? Understandable it's not the same but it's not a cage either . I have seriously considered going that direction myself .

Jerry that is a sad day. Besides the trike option have u looked at 'side kicks'? 4wheel stability when u start and stop. 2wheels when u r riding. Www.rushracingproducts.com
Hope u can keep your Vision a little longer.

Did someone say the Honda Gold Wing is an American bike?

Call me what you will but I've decided if I can't ride any longer I will not get a trike. If I'm going to something like that I might as well have a drop-top sports car. I just hope that day is a very long way off. Enjoy what you can.

If couldn't ride a bike, I would be looking at a Factory 5 Roadster!

I had the drop top roadster and it's just not the same as being on a bike. Just nothing like leaning into a turn and scraping the boards, But if you like having the wind in your hair and still have the AC in 112 degrees then you just can't beat a convertable.

Sorry to hear you had to give it up. I know all about back problems and I feel for you. Skooter's right, I have a ragtop, it's not the same. I rarely drive it.

yep went threw the first round of shots and burning the nerves in my back last year now it starts all over the problem is i did not give the back time to heal the last time because i had the bike and would not stay off it because it is my stress releaver as many of you would agree it helps you decompress after a bad day !
