What would be the best way to amplify the audio in the helmet headset??

Would using a line level amplifier be the way to go? If so who makes a SMALL amp?

Or os there a better way to do this??? If so, how???

Lots of variables here that you need to fill in. A wired headset or Bluetooth? If Bluetooth, what are you using for a doggle and how is it wired in? What are you trying to listen to, ipod, radio, intercom?

Sorry, omitted to much information!!!

I have the Victory CB/Intercom as well as a Garmin Zumo 550 with a wired J&M headset. The audio level seems extremely low and very difficult to hear when riding especially at highway speeds....So I was trying to figure out a way to amplify this audio going into the wired head set...Figured I could do it under the console as their is a audio plug there...Don't need to worry about the passenger, just the driver head set...

Any ideas on how to accomplish this???

With a wired headset hooked to a stock Victory Intercom system, the first thing I would do is explore my Victory warranty options. The stock amplifier should have enough output to power up two headsets together. Before spending coin on an aftermarket amp you should try for a new radio. Just a thought.

I use a bluetooth setup but one thing I did was upgrade the speakers. I have the cardo setup. I put bigger, more efficient speakers in and that made a huge improvement. It's very loud, even at high speed.

They do sell amplifiers for headsets. Never tried any of them, but saw them on ebay. They just plug in to the headphone jack, then you plug the headphones into it. Here's an example. I have no idea as to the quality of it.

You may have already done this, but there is a pop out of the foam in the helmet liner covering the speakers. Removing those made a world of difference for me. Before I couldn't hear with the radio at full volume. Now It's a 4 setting on average
