I'm trying to drill a hole in my Vision panel for the Garmin 660 harness to go through. It calls for a #16 metric drill. Seeing that I don't have such an animal would anyone know what the equivalent size a standard bit might come close? Thanks for your reply.

As Varyder said, 16mm = 5/8", only hoping they are not asking for number drill bit size. I have a chart at work for that but am sure there would be a google site to convert.

5/8" is huge! Make sure that's what you want to do, it will be hard to cover that up if it's wrong.
Is that going under the Vision's GPS accessory bracket?
I am using a RAM mount, so I chose to drill a much smaller slot thru the key bezel. This way I would not need to drill a large hole in my dash and the bezel would be much cheaper to replace.

Now that is one cool neat idea to get the cable up, and be neat. Cheep to put back to stick too, if you sell.
