Left Mem.Day back home last night the 12th.Incl. 2 nights in Helen Ga and 3 nights in Huntington Beach Ca. @ my son's place.Had a jacket on when I left home and never put it back on.Rained a little in Ga. and NC.but hot hot hot ! until I hit San Diego.35 deg. drop in tem. between Yuma and the other side of the Lugana mts. east of San Diego.95 -107 between Hilton Head SC and Yuma.Houston was the only unplesant part of the trip 102 with 85% humidity,4 days between Hilton Head and Huntington Beach and that incl; an oil change and service @ Polaris of Gainesville.Bike ran absolutely great. No diff. between 8600' and 45 deg or 107 deg @ sea level. My Ultra Limited ran terrible in low alt. with heat and high humidity for some reason.I stayed reatively comfortable in the high heat except for Houston. The Vision is an absolute dream on the road,I averaged about 550 per day with one 800 mile day between San Antonio and Tucson.

Jim,you won't be disapointed.Id been on Harleys for 39 yrs. and made 2 x-country trips on them.I enjoyed the rides but have to say the Vision is hands down more road worthy.

I'm riding it daily , it's irritating to have to stop at places like work, home and gas stations

any suggestions for keeping the circulation going through the butt cheeks. I seem to get uncomfortable after a bit, where I ride in the pillion seat, stand, side saddle, etc. I've done 1000 mile days, just wondering what you do.

I've never had a real problem, plenty of built in padding.I do use Gold Bond Med. Powder liberally though and a Utopia Back rest.My problem is my lower back - the back rest and I'll get sore shoulders if the handle bars are too far away. The stock Vision seat and bars work well for me.I stop and take atleast a 15 min. break every 180-200 miles for gas.120-150 miles in the heat for water and to resoak my vest and Cool Cap.
