Just traded in my 2008 Vision Comfort and had 72,824 miles on it on 02/15/12. NEVER had any mechanical problems with it at all. Would have had a lot more miles but someone has to work. This working is starting to mess up my bike riding. RETIREMENT IN 9 YEARS!!!!!! Got a 2012 Vision and, in this first week of owning it, have put on 700 miles as of yesterday. All I can hope for and really expect is that the 2012 is as GREAT as the 2008 was for me.

I bought the 2012 in Kingman, AZ and drove it home on the 15th. When I got home, I found I had NEW SORE MUSCLES in my middle back and neck. Can't really tell if the handlebars are closer or further away, but certainly know Victory have changed the handlebars. I don't feel any difference on the height of my knees at all. The only difference was the handlebars due to my sore muscles. Thanx,

I went form an 08 to an 11 and it seems to me the bars are closer and the floorboards a tad higher. I have 3300 miles on mine so I hope I get used to the new position on my way to Daytona

I'm curious now - what changed? If there is less foam in the seat that would account for higher knees. And yes, between the 08 and 11 there is a difference in how the seat mounts, but don't know about the thickness. I know Vic went to round bars, but is the pull-back different, I don't know. Who has the answer?

It is the seat.

I just looked at Radioteacher's Utopia video the new Seat is pushing me forward.

After only a couple hours on my new Vision I knew I wanted the seat foam between driver and passenger shaved.

When I'm in Daytona I will seek out someone who puts gel i n the seats
