| I am in dire need of a right side passenger floorboard for my 08 Vision. I lost it last night on the freeway and need to replace it soon .Any help on info for aftermarket or if someone has one for sale is appreciated. Thanks. Joe |

what is wrong is the chrome pioviting pin has to much chrome in the grove where the C clip goes

Vernon, WASH. | Measure the pin lengths (can't recall the measurements off hand but they are 5/16ths diameter) stop by your local screw and bolt sales outfit and replace them with grade 8's and cap nuts with just the tiniest spot of anti sieze on the shank of the bolts and the threads (stainless steel is too soft and will bend under repeated loading). |

| There was a problem with the 08 Visions where the circlip was not installed at the factory. I lost my right side floorboard a couple years ago under warrenty. I found it, but it was dinged up. Ma Victory wouldn't replace it, just gave me to circlips for free. |

| If you have the gear, drill and tap the end of the pins, install cap head bolt with washer using red Loctite. You won't loose another one. I heard about this and checked my '09 Anny. One clip was broken in half and just hanging in there. Fixed both. |

With the minor issue that the factory hinge pins have no wrenching surface so tightening a nut onto one could be somewhat of a problem- |

| I had lost one also. the dealer sold me one, so I didn't have to buy a set. I replaced pins with ss socket head bolts and a lock nut. no problems for bout 8 months. if I remember correctly, I had to saw the bolt to length, to obtain a longer shoulder. |
