From the Indian website FAQ page....

Question:
Can I take my Indian bike to a Victory/Polaris dealer for service/warranty work?

Answer:
In all warranty situations, you will need to initiate a warranty transaction with an Indian Motorcycle dealer to obtain service. If there is a customer or dealer concern regarding the distance required for warranty work, your dealership can contact Polaris. If your Indian dealership recommends warranty service at a non-Indian dealer, a member of the Polaris Dealer Services staff will work with you, your dealership and a Victory dealer to arrange for warranty service work and an established Victory dealer.

A darned god question since the only known Indian Dealership between the Canadian border and somewhere in the L.A. area West of the Rockies shut it's doors about 6 years ago, I'd guess tehy better or you're stuck big time!
Might be a really good question to call Iowa and inquire about (get names and extension numbers!)

From what I understand you will not be able to take an Indian to A Victory ONLY store for warranty work. It must be an Indian dealership which would obviously be a new and possibly in a pre-existing Victory Dealership.

Also an existing Victory Dealer will not be able to just up and get Indian. They will have to go through the motion and apply for it. So it will be a completely separate entity.
