Posts: 72 Chino Valley, AZ | Thanks Chris, but I would rather be able to reassemble housing after taking it apart. What I am looking for is an exploded view of the switch housing. I just want to make sure there are no parts that may jump out when I disassemble it. |

| It doesn't have an exploded view of the switch housing but here is a good reference anyway.

I may be too late to offer this suggstion; create a net under the bar using a sheet or large pillow case to catch anything that might fall. You may have to get creative, but it is better than spending hours, and even days trying to find a spring or screw that you just can't order. Don't ask me how I know...please.... |

Posts: 72 Chino Valley, AZ | Already finished, there are no sudden surprises after you crack the shell. It is real tight in there and not much room, wires could have been about an inch longer. Disassembles the light switch, there is a small bearing sitting on a spring that you have to be real careful with. Unfortunately the switch wasn't my problem. Re-assembly took twice as long as disassembly. While I was in there I cleaned up all the contacts and put some white lithium grease on them. I did have my wife hold a towel under the housing while I took it apart. |

| Smart thinking on the grease and the wife. What is wrong with your lights? Bad relay or burnt out bulb? |

Posts: 72 Chino Valley, AZ | Couldn't find anything wrong with the switch of fuses so i am taking it in on Wednesday to have the bulbs replaced, I would do it myself but my body doesn't do contortion very well anymore. |

Posts: 72 Chino Valley, AZ | It turns out that the switch was bad and had fried my highbeams. Had to order the switch, so I just got my Vision back today. Was supposed to leave yesterday to go visit the Grandkids, will leave first thing in the morning. |
