A stick or rock or beer can helps in the grass.

I wounder if a vision owner with flashing red and blue lights will give other vision riders a brake when over the limit

I would almost always "give-a-break" if they passed the attitude test!  Just about anything can be overlooked, one thing I wold always issue a ticket for:  Child not in a child seat!

I wish I could give out tickets for "Child not in a child seat". I see that way too often here in San Antonio on the streets and in the news.

I love riding near marked cars...I do not get cut off as much.
