Posts: 48 East Tennessee | I have always worn Nike type shoes to ride and have never had any problems doing so. I recently started wearing a riding boot to compensate for my short legs. The boot gives me an additional half to 3/4 inch. The problem I have now is that I used to be able to slide my foot under the shift lever. With the boots, I cannot get under it to upshift. Is this a coomon thing when wearing boots or am I missing something ? It feels difficult to shift now whereas before it was effortless to upshift. Any thoughts or ideas ? |

| Your manual will tell you how to and if you want to move the shifter forwards or back the book will tell you that to. |

| Put a toe/heel shifter on your bike. I'm 6'2" with a 35' inseam and still use one. Always have. |
