IS there a place that i can buy just the lower wing hinge that the lower fit on? I want to put the metal one on them.

Rancho Cucamonga, CA		Nope, we are all in the same boat, best you can do is try to sell the clear plastic ones in the classified. Will at CycleOps said it would cost as much to make the hinges as Victory sells the whole package.
