Posts: 3006 San Antonio, TX | If you have not visited the "Control Panel" for your login to setup your location, time zone, signature and other settings please do. There are many other features and settings there to make your Vision-Rider.com experience more pleasant.
I have never used the ignore feature on this or any forum that I have been a member of but I get the feeling it could come in handy in the future.
First click on the "Forum" menu at the top of the page.
Next click on "Control Panel" on the right side of the page.
On the right side a bit down from the top click on "Add / Edit Ignore List"
Now you can click on the "..." box to search for the member who you wish to ignore. Type in a member name like "radioteacher" for example, and click Go. The search will return the members name and then you click submit.
Click "Submit" again and you will ignore future posts from this user.

Posts: 3006 San Antonio, TX | My daddy always told me to be a good example. So I figured I would be the best example for this tutorial.
Everyone should feel free to add others to the "Ignore" list as they earn the right.
Ride Safe and ignore those who trouble you. |

Posts: 742 North Orange County CA | Just out of curiosity, exactly what does ignoring "you" accomplish (in a digital sense)? |

If the user is in your ignore list, it displays the text below on every post the person has ever made.
"You have chosen to ignore this poster"
My, that is harsh. It devalues them as a person and turns them into a large piece of heavy paper!
