Posts: 74 Navarre, FL | I picked up my new 8 ball, Spent Saturday morning disassembling the dash and console to figure out how I am going to do the stereo install Spent the rest of the day on a poker run. The bike got lots of good comments, yes a couple of the inevitable Jetsons references, LOL. I traded my V-Rod on it and lots of my friends asked me how I liked the Victory. The bike rides like a freaking caddy compared to my V-Rod. That was my main reason for getting a new bike, my wife and I (she rides a street glide trike) are planning some cross country trips and I need bags and a windshield. So now I am trying to figure out how to get some blacked out head pipes so I can install black tailgunners. I have a 2 weeks to get to 500 miles before I go back to the dealer for the cruise and power windshield install, gives me an excuse to ride, not that I need one. I'll post a few pics as soon as I get em downloaded. |

Posts: 3204 Memphis | Enjoy the new 8-Ball! Several guys here racked up the 500 mile break-in pretty quickly. I got mine on a Monday and took it in that Wednesday with 526 miles on it. Almost four years and over 50,000 miles later, it's stronger and smoother than ever. Plan now to put some Lloydz cams in it and you will have the V-Rod kick with all the luxury. |

Posts: 880 Orlando, FL | Hey Spooky~ Welcome to the club. I have a 2011 Vision 8 Ball too and love it. 4 months and 5500 miles and it's a dream ride. I posted a tech reference on adding amp, speakers and iPod/mp3 in the Vision Tech Reference forum. Check it out, it might give you some help.
Ride it like you stole it~
