| Potential New owner here....
Previous ride was a 1992 Kawasaki Concours...At 133k miles my Connie threw her timing chain off and the motor grenaded. She's not worth fixing right now (and I want a new bike....perfect timing I think) so I've parked her in the corner of the garage and will make her my first retirement project.
I always carried a spare J-Box, multi meter and the obligatory tools... It was the one part on that bike that was prone to fail (although mine never did) at the worst possible moment.
If I buy the Victory are there any spares I should purchase with the bike. From what I've read about the Triumph the list is short but adds about a grand to the purchase price.( TPS sensors, ignition switch and laptop )
Thanks in advance for your answers.... |

| Only commonly known problem Vic's are prone to is the clutch cable breaking. Some seem to have more than their share of trouble and others go 10's of thousands of miles with no trouble. I think proper clutch adjustment is very important to this. I'm on my second Vic and about 15k miles with no issues. |
