Posts: 127 OHIO | Anybody know what size allen wrench the front axle is? I used the backside of a 3/4 inch punch to get mine out to change the front tire. I want to get the right size hex socket. I'm guessing it is 16 or 17mm. Thanks, |

Posts: 130 Houston, Tx | That is one size that is hard to locate as part of a set as most go from 14mm to 17mm for some unknown reason. I was able to find many locations to purchase as a single piece, here's one example from Amazon
I'm sure there are others, may even be able to locate within local Ace / Lowe's / ect ...

Metric Lot No. 67880/98229 3/8" drive: 4mm to 10mm 1/2" drive 12mm to 17mm On sale for $9.99 Doesn't say anything about if 16mm is in it. I will be checking it out. Thanks for the replies. |

Posts: 127 OHIO | I visited Harbor Freight yesterday and they do not have 16mm hex bit socket. There sets go from 14mm to 17mm. I ordered a 16mm from Amazon. |

Posts: 3006 San Antonio, TX | I do have the 5/8" hex. In fact I have two. I know it is only 4 thousands smaller. Even so I know that someday I will buy a 16mm.

if you soak in water for about 3 hours it will swell up to 16mm. |
