Posts: 161 Oregon. | I was wondering if anyone on this site has done a 1500 Bun Burner before? If so, is the thousand miles required before the following 500? I have sent two e-mails to the IBA but have not had a response. Thanks for the help. |

If you're hard rider, you should go for the 1,500 miles in 24 hours for the Super Bun Burner. I've got my Saddle Sore, but that's not a fair name when riding a Vision. |

You just need to travel more than 1500 miles in less than 36 hours. You can do it anyway you want.

Posts: 161 Oregon. | I saw the ride info on the web site, however I wasn't sure if one had to do a thousand miles the first day. I have done a SS 1000 a few weeks ago, and thought that a 1500 bun burner would be a nice topper for this year. The Vision handles it so easily, it's almost scary. |

Posts: 825 , WI | I did the BBG1500 (1500 miles in less than 24 hours) in 2007 on my Vegas and I'm hoping to try another BBG1500 next month on my Vision. You could try the BBG1500 and if you don't make it in 24 hours you could still do the BB1500. This is the numbers from my BBG1500. |

Posts: 161 Oregon. | I am taking my wife with me on the ride. She rode with me on my SS 1000, but I think the BBG may be out of our reach. I want to have my wife with me on these trips. The Vision is so comfortable anyway, why not take your significant other with you? Now I just have to convince her...

A bun burner gold (BBG) is 1500 in 24 hours. IBA will not certify this ride unless you have done a certified SS1000 or BB in the past.

Posts: 161 Oregon. | Thanks for the help. I really appreciate the quick response from everyone. BB1500 is my next major ride this year. I think I will try and tie it in with a trip to Colorado. I would rather do a straight out to a destination ride, then an out and back. |
