Posts: 133 , AR United States | Not going to call, but I will send this in an email. My 09 vision radio went silent 2 months after I got the bike, but still showed the display. The dealer tried the software upgrade, but that didn't help. After phone calls to Victory they replaced the radio. The new one worked for a while and then started going off completly- sound and display- at random. They replaced the stereo again and it has worked ever since. I hope yours is still under warranty.

Go thru the radio menu and make sure the ext. speakers are turned on.
Check on what sgiacci says above.
If it is not that you chances are that the radio is bad. Bummer. |

| Seems like a lot of stereo problems, including mine have an easy fix. Unplug the negative battery cable for a few minutes.
Worth a try. Mine has worked fine since. |
