I was told that it was not only safe to un-hook the O2 sensors but that my bike would run better with them unhooked. Has anyone ever tried this or heard of dueing this? I have a 10 Vision 8Ball.

I'm pretty sure Lloyd DC'd mine when he tuned my bike in Daytona.

I don't have a tuner and it hasn't been tuned on the dyno. 100% stock. I would like better running but not at the expense of mechanical reliability.

I disconnected mine when I first added the Twin Suckers until I could install the VFCIII it ran pretty good without it.

Unless you have added a fuel controller, I would not recommend disconnecting the sensors. The ECU needs the input from the sensors in order to correctly adjust the air/fuel mixture. By disconnecting them, you can potentially cause an over-rich or over-lean condition. Over-rich will cause excessive soot and carbon buildup, over-lean can possibly cause severe engine damage. Not worth it in my opinion.
